Hubby did a ride with me today. He did 8 miles and I did 12.12 miles. So much for taking a break. The dentist wait turned out to be for nothing. Arrggg! They had something come up, so they reschedule me for the 13th. Well I got another day of riding in, bring my new total to 285.73 miles of riding.

52 mintues. Yesterdays was 55. So I was 3 mintues faster. :)
