Kind of hot and humid today.
It was fun doing the loop today because hubby is really rocking the miles and this way I we got to pass each other on the ride. 39 miles total today for him. He's been really pushing him self.
Beautiful, but deadly Poke Berry blooms with immature berries. This berry put a lot of people in the hospital, because they confuse it with Elderberries, which are equally poisonous. How ever if you cook Elderberries only then are they edible.
The fact that Chris and I now are on bikes, until the Car is back from the shop, it make me look like I'm climbing all the time now. LOL
