As for cycling I'm going to try for shorter rides before and after work. But I got to wait for the Unicorn to snub me.
I won't mention the food fest that happened at a Casino yesterday. Huh? Food that was consumed was yeah healthy!!!! So no I did not ride yesterday. I was living the Food Coma life. LOL
