Got a flat on the way out, then got another flat.
So I got gel filled tires. So if it get a pin hole the gel should fill the leak and hold.
Let hope this works, I had both tires done.
I was feeling really good and I was doing hill repeats, then on the way down phtttttssssssss. So 15.72 miles is all I did.
Tomorrow I should make up for this, if I don't get any flats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
