Well I'm still alive.  I am not going to elaborate, but I'll say one word. Dentist.   And the weather isn't any better.  It's been 40 to 38 degrees with a very chilly wind and rain.   Sarcastic YA!
My last ride was  16 miles and I totally forgot to put it in.  I seen to be on a up and down scale with riding.  Get a good couple of months in then hit rock bottom.  Well if that how it is, so be it.  Feeling really depressed and feeling even worse when I go home and see the bike just sitting there.   Oh well.  Waiting for this all to blow over and get back out their.
