OROVILLE EVACUATION. SPILL WAY IS GIVING WAY.

 This is really super scary.  The Oroville Dam Spillway is giving way and now the whole town of Oroville and surrounding areas is under evacuation as I write this.   I live out of the red zone, but still this is super scary. 
And let me clarify the Dam it's self is not breaking, it's the spill way.
