HEALTHY RIDING TIPS (HUMOR)

When riding long distances you want to make sure you eat plenty of healthy food, like the food shown above.   And be sure not to skimp out, add extra mayo, ketsup and any other sauces you can think of.  In fact just cover said food in sauce so you can't see it.   And hork it down as fast as you can.  Chewing is over rated. 
And as soon as your done scarfing down your healthy meal make sure not to drink any water of any kind.  Soda pop is were your going to get all your energy.    And mind you this is only the pre-ride meal.    

What do you want to take on the ride it's self?   Donut's lot and lot's of donuts.  Make sure you have a Jersey with extra pockets so you can stuff and cram donut's every where.   And as you ride stuff away.  Don't worry about excess crumbs. They will fly into the face of your competitors and slow them down.   So donuts is where it's at.   

What to eat post ride?   Glad you asked.   To start off a bacon donut dog followed by a Donut hamburger.  
After this you should be just find for any ride.
