NEW CYCLING GOALS

1.  Do 50 miles twice a week. I'm not really fond of triple digits riding.  If the weather cools down I might try to go for 100.

2. Train and research video's  for doing a double century.

3. When the weather cools go for 100 miles.

4. Get better at going up hill.

5. Drink more coffee. 😜
 

So yeah I have a lot on my plate.
