You could say I'm going in circles.
Nothing really exciting today, did a couple of sprints. Just love the people who are like WTF? Or the people who slow down and just stare at me with there jaw dropped.
The sprints today were not going down hill.
When I get going fast I switch into a higher gear and get really frustrated that it only goes so far. I keep push it like it will go up one more. If it did I can go faster.
40 miles isn't really a long ride (for me) but when I do longer rides I tend to push my self into doing sprints all along the way.
