It's getting super hot. It was 103 today, but depending were you were I think a tad hotter. There had been extreme heat warnings. So I stuck to the shade as much as possible.
I zipped right past the crew and headed right for water. I drank through three water bottles filled with my Cranked. And they provided Gatorade out at the Crits were I volunteer every Tuesday. I finished off really fast, that hit the spot.
Wow crazy turn out for as hot as it was, these people are animals for suffering. Total respect. I did it once and it's not easy.
Got my miles in.
