44.04 & SUFFERING AT THE CRIT'S

 This is how tired I am.  I road a total of 69. 88 miles today which include riding in the Crit the entire duration.  I'm am a cycling zombie.

Back story:  I woke up early that day and did 25.84 miles.  Then added on a additional 44.04 miles.   Yes I did the entire race, and in between stopped really quickly to refill my bottle.
