40.66 MILES & NOT DONE (No pun intended.)

Got up at 5:30 this morning to beat the heat.   Going to be 101 today.  Bleh.   Here we go into hell week it's going to be triple digits till the end of the month.  Oh joy.  

So I have the new sun lotion for sale.  Hey were going to be slow roasting, so why not.

All of a sudden I don't feel that big. 

Chris's Interval training group.  I stopped by to say hi that all.  I'm doing my own thing.   Everyone here is listening to Chris explain what they are going to do.  

Dang it.  There were about 25 to 30 vultures climbing a thermal, really neat.   So instead I got a blaring shot of the sun.
