I'm am exhausted, my exhausted is exhausted.
This was a up hill climb to day, only 1,778 feet of elevation.
Yeah everyone dropped me like a hot potato. And I beat them up going down hill. LOL

Ouch. I'm hurting. 50 miles yesterday and 163 miles in 3 days, yeah I'm sore.

Well when we got back down and got around to the second area were we do sprints. I fizzled out. I was so spent.
