1 HOUR & 10 MINUTES AT THE GYM.

  So yeah just 1 hour and 10 minutes that all.  
Played some racquetball, did some core work out.  

I'm going to try (TRY) to stop drinking the bad coffee.   I found these non calorie drinks with zero sugar, it's not coffee.  So I'll just leave it at that.
