1 HOUR RACQUETBALL

Me at the Gym,  this is after 1 hour of wack the ball around.  I really like it.  And amazingly enough it feel really good after a long ride. 
Like I said I'm going to try to get my mojo back.   In order to lose more weight I've got change up my exercise and this will do it.     
I found a chart that tell me how much calories you burn at what weight.  
I'm 240 pound. For my weight playing 30 minutes of racquet will burn 763 calories.  So in 1 hour I'm burning  1,526 calories.   Cool beans.   No top that off with the 42 mile bike which is 2,300 calories.   That a 3,826 calories burn today.  It all adds up.


I can't wait to see what they do to this place.
